Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
